strange reaction

     I watched this show on Discovery about this family (The Duggars) who had 14 kids and the mom was pregnant. It was really interesting. I thought, "wow, they obviously trust God a lot." and "that's so neat how they are self-dependent" and "the whole family loves each other and gets along" and "God really provides for them. they are lacking nothing!"

    My mom came home from a meeting at a church and told me that she told the other ladies that she shared the Duggar's story with them. She then told me that the ladies shared some very hateful comments with her such as, "haven't they ever heard of birthcontrol?" - which one of those people would you like the parents to kill? is any one of those children less of a being than the others? "Don't they know where babies come from?" -hmmm....maybe not, maybe someone should tell them. "No one cam afford all those kids" - I suppose if you let God run your life, He'll provide for you too...nah, that can't be right. I'm sure they just stumbled upon their 7000 sq ft home. "That's just wrong, no one should have that many kids." guess it's good for those younger dozen that we live in a free country, or these ladies would have their heads on a steak.

    And these are Christians! A Christian telling another Christian that she shouldn't have children. I don't understand Christians hating. When I tried to find out more about the Duggars I came across this site with more hate-filled comments, but those people probably aren't Christians. I don't know.

    Sure, the Duggars are slightly lacking in the sense-of-fashion department. But no one at school ever teases them (because they're homeschooled). And at least everyone knows that the parents still love each other...They obviously get enough socializing. They have good morals. Enough to eat. Healthy. A very big roof over their heads. clothing - its tacky clothing, but they don't know that. A better education than most of America. Modesty.

    <sarcasm alert> With such obvious poor results, we should most definitely make fun of them. They've been doing this for just shy of twenty years, they obviously have no idea what they are doing. With such poofy hair, she must be stupid; he couldn't possibly love her....except, where do all those kids come from then?
